Begin by cooking the bacon to your preferred level of crispiness in a skillet over medium heat or in the oven at 400°F for about 15-20 minutes. Once done, transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain and keep warm.

While the bacon is cooking, prepare the Spinach & Pepper Egg White Egg Bites. Open the frozen package, remove the outer packaging, and in its paper tray, microwave the Egg Bites uncovered on high for 90 seconds until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let them rest for 1 minute before handling.

Toast your English muffin to a golden brown. If desired, spread a little butter on each half for added flavor and moisture.
